Karen has 32 years of operations and management experience in Sales and Media including Sarbanes-Oxley audit maintenance. She has an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and has been involved in theatre, music and public speaking most of her life. She has successfully engaged audiences at training seminars, and business conferences, and has emceed large community and charity fundraising events.
Christopher Youger
Chris has 28 years of operations and management experience in the airline industry building BI dashboards, overseeing and improving safety, security, cargo and audit protocols. Working with the FAA and TSA on operational and regulatory improvements and compliance. Helped implement and manage the Safety Management System (SMS) in the airline industry.
